The front is an actual photo of the 2022 fire that finally burned the Cottontail Ranch brothel to the ground.  The text on the chest is from The Final Portrait:  Howard Hughes, a Femme Fatale, and a Billion Dollar Painting at a House of Ill Repute.  The caption is an important description of a mystery woman, and reads "...sadness, intrigue, promise, fear."

The right sleeve text reads "Life is temporary and transient."  The left sleeve reads "Art is forever and immutable."  These two represent a famous quote by in important source in the article.

The back of the shirt is an actual copy of page one of the Last Will and Testament of Howard Hughes.  Above the photo is the logo portrait of Sunny.  Read the story, and you'll know who she is.  The back of the collar reads "Cottontail Ranch"
